The beneficiaries of the support regime are male workers of no more than 50 years old, women of no more than 45 years old working in small and medium-sized enterprises. These workers are supported 100% of the cost of training for elementary level or training programs for less than 3 months.

In the course of attending training courses, employees are paid salaries, social insurance, health insurance premiums and other expenses (if any) according to the provisions of Article 144 of the Labor Code. dynamic. The remaining expenses are agreed by the enterprise with the employee when sending to participate in vocational training courses.

The above-mentioned support regime gives priority to laborers who are entitled to preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, people from poor households, near-poor households and people of households. land was taken away.
