Deputy Minister Doan Mau Diep emphasized that the open and flexible vocational education system is especially important in developing skills, promoting and supporting the development of highly skilled human resources of the labor market. The varied types of training will meet the needs of learners and encourage them to take on new challenges in terms of employment change. Especially in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 is deeply penetrating into all areas of life, economy and society.

In addition, the diversification of training methods will increase the opportunities for vocational training and employment for different population groups, promote lifelong learning, especially people who do not have the means to use traditional training methods, An open, flexible vocational education system will contribute to promoting sustainable economic growth, human resource development, combine vocational education with the rapid shift of the labor market, increase the participation of enterprises in the process of training human resources.
