At the seminar, representatives from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training, business associations and business representatives of Vinh Phuc province discussed the difficulties. The participants agreed that at present, the connection between schools and enterprises has not been paid much attention. There must be a specialized unit between enterprises and schools to build long-term cooperative relationships, balancing labor supply and demand. The government also has many policies to support recruitment businesses but businesses have not approach and enforce effective policies. In addition, to keep workers working in factories and industrial zones, the pay should also be worthy of the capacity of the workers.

At present, the Law on Vocational Education and Decree No. 48/2015/ND-CP dated 15/5/2015 more fully regulate the rights and responsibilities of enterprises in the field of education. Accordingly, enterprises have the right and responsibility to train human resources for their enterprises, coordinate with foreign educational establishments to jointly train, order training and directly participate in training activities. such as building a training program, organizing teaching, evaluating learning outcomes of trainees, etc.). Enterprises have the responsibility to provide information on employment needs for foreign educational establishments and at the same time regularly provide feedback to the foreign educational establishments on satisfaction of "products". Adjust the training process to meet the requirements of the business. Through the workshop, enterprises can understand the rights and responsibilities of enterprises in vocational education as well as tax incentives for enterprises to create favorable conditions for the business community.
