The number of vocational training personnel accounts for 70% of Vietnam's total workforce. To meet the needs of students and apprentices to meet business needs, many solutions have been implemented.
In order for students and graduates to be able to do their job well trained, the training program of the school must meet the requirements of the labor market. Therefore, many schools have cooperated with enterprises to build a practical training program.
At the same time, for students to do a good job after being recruited, they must practice and practice during the school time. Want to practice, practice well, the school must have modern equipment, keep pace with the development of businesses. However, due to funding problems, not all schools can afford to buy the corresponding modern equipment on the labor market.
To solve this problem, vocational schools have a positive direction to promote engagement with enterprises in vocational training, especially practice.

To solve this problem, vocational schools have a positive direction to promote engagement with enterprises in vocational training, especially practice.
For example, at Nghi Loc Economic - Technical College (Nghe An), in a school year, students have 6 months to study and practice at the enterprise. Lecturers of the school must also have 3-6 months to businesses to guide students to practice. Developing this relationship with businesses, the school has improved the quality of training, and at the same time solved the output problems for students.
In the opposite direction, many businesses also proactively place orders and accompany the school in the training program from theory to practice so that it is close to the actual requirements. According to Circular 29/2017 / TT-BLĐTBXH, enterprises can undertake up to 40% of the training program. This is the foundation for businesses to get students to work right after graduation without spending time retraining.
The form of order-based training of the enterprise has been successfully implemented at Hanoi Technology College, Tourism College, Dung Quat Technology College, Thu Duc Technology College ...
It can be seen that the link between the school and the business has a particularly important position in ensuring and improving the quality of the school's training products, which is also the input human resource of the enterprise. Therefore, in the coming time, it is necessary to have a synchronous solution to build and tighten this connection in a sustainable manner. It is considered to be the optimal solution to reach consensus and bring practical and long-term benefits to both sides in the enrollment and training process; developing and using human resources, so that both schools and businesses have more opportunities to succeed.
